What is the minimum amount of hours I could hire a cleaner for?
Our minimum clean is 2 hrs and this can be extended if you give us notice. We can do as many hours as you wish from 2 onwards and can have either one cleaner or can arrange for more if required.
Are you insured if any damage occurs to my home as a result of your cleaner?
Yes we are fully insured for damages, key loss and phone charges.
Are your cleaners employed by you or do you sub contract the work to others?
We directly employ our cleaners and hold all their personnel records on file, along with ID checks.
What if I am not happy with the standards?
If you are not happy with the standard, one of our supervisors will visit your home/workplace to ascertain what you are unhappy about and we will ensure this is rectified.
Do I have to enter into a contract?
Unlike other cleaning companies we do not ask you to enter into a contract and can cancel at one week notice.
Do you charge extra for laundry and errands?
No we work for you on an hourly basis, therefore you can choose what you would like our cleaner to do within these hours.
How much does your service cost?
We have a basic hourly rate that covers our range of services so there is not hidden charges for laundry, changing beds etc. Regular cleans are charged at a lower rate than one off cleans and prices can be quoted when you make an enquiry.
Can I hire your cleaners for special occasions to help clean during the event?
You can hire our cleaners to work during functions etc. to clean/serve whilst you entertain!
What does my hourly rate cover?
We will use all of our own cleaning products, vacuum, mops etc. and you can choose whether we do basic cleaning duties or if you would like specific duties undertaken.
