We provide cleaning services for a wide range of businesses both small and large. Every member of our team is fully trained, smartly dressed in a uniform, and wears a personal name badge. A minimum of two staff will clean your premises and one of them is always a supervisor.
We carry out regular spot-checks to ensure our high standards are maintained, and we encourage customers to provide feedback to help continually improve our service.
Cleaning services for landlords
We offer a variety of services for landlords, including end-of-tenancy cleaning. For multi occupancy buildings we can also offer a weekly or monthly cleaning service for communal areas such as hallways, kitchens and shared bathrooms. If you employ your own cleaners then we can provide cover for maternity, holidays and sickness absence even at short notice.
Safety & security is a top priority
All cleaning activities are fully risk assessed before we undertake a contract. We can also provide COSHH sheets for the cleaning products we use to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Keys are retained by management and signed-out and signed-in by staff. We only employ cleaners that have been personally recommended to us, and they are fully trained and DBS Checked (formally CRB). We also hold £2 million public liability insurance.
